NKM NOELL SPECIAL CRANES’ FLUE WALL MAINTENANCE PLATFORM
To inspect and maintain the flue walls, REEL NKM Noell offers a flue wall maintenance platform.
The FWMP consists of a main support frame, covering all pits of an entire section, and could support either one or two man lifts (cages), each allowing long travel (from pit to pit) and cross travel (along a pit).
Below FWMP is provided with two man lifts.
Being a man lift, it will be provided with the necessary safety devices.
The platform will be handled by the FTA (auxiliary) hoist through a 4-wire sling with a central lifting eye.
Before being lifted, the man lifts will have to be secured at its appropriate position and the power cables stored on the FWMP.
In general, the flue wall maintenance platform consists of a:
Main support frame
Platform along the length of the frame to enter the man lift (in view of handling width, at one side only)
Two “Man Lifts”, each provided with a:
